Our Mission
Scanclear aims to be the number one contact and contractor in the supply of staff and equipment to all sectors of the rural community by offering services to saleyard operators, agents and farmers as cost effective alternatives to their current practices.
To achieve this, we will be responsible for our actions, provide accurate, concise, and useful information collection, transfer and reporting. We will do this by operating the best available technology and employing skilled trained staff who will use best practice levels of safety and livestock handling, offer experience, fair unbiased advice and reliability while setting standards in the workplace for others to follow and, at all times, maintaining a fair rate for a job well done.
We aim to use and deliver the best Australian products into the rural sector to compliment our scanning business.

Our objective is to provide an excellence of service, to all sectors of the livestock industry that makes us the only company to do business with.

Meet the Owner
Scanclear is a business owned and run by Brendan Carey.
"I have been involved in the rural scene since childhood working from a shearer to property manager and have been scanning RFID tags since the Shepparton saleyard became the first saleyard in Australia to become EU accredited in 1999. I also have 10 years experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel licensee, manager and liquor rep in Western Australia, Victoria, and Queensland where we achieved Queensland retailer of the year with a $15,000,000 turnover in 1992/93. My company, Scanclear, is very much a 'hands-on' business with practical know-how and experience from many years in the livestock industry and sales and marketing.
I believe a solid future is available in the supply of quality service and operators to the many stake holders in the livestock industry as the ever ageing population faces the challenges of change never seen in the rural community since the tractor arrived."
